Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your online purchase, please carefully read our returns and exchanges policy below. If you are eligible, please follow the instructions on the card included with your order.

  • All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • We offer store credit only for international returns, no refunds or exchanges.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaged as they came. Items must be unworn (except for trying on), not altered or washed, clean of makeup, nor have a strong smell of perfume/oils/deodorant. 

  • Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility, ensure you keep your return tracking as we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, credit note or exchange, so please choose carefully.

Sale items or any items purchased with a discount code or credit note, (excluding the first purchase discount code) are only eligible for a return for store credit, no refunds or exchanges.

International orders can be returned for a store credit only, no refunds or exchanges.

Full priced items may be returned for a refund or exchange, for any reason you may be unsatisfied. We can only offer exchanges for items that are in stock, and are of equal value.
