Returns Policy

Please note that we have returned back from a short break on the 2nd of January. We are working through boxing day orders and returns as quickly as possible. As there has been a high volume of orders, we expect there to be a slight delay in fulfillment. Thank you for your understanding.
All returns must be lodged within 14 days of the day you receive your order.

Items must be in original condition and packaged as they came.
Items must be unworn, not altered or washed, clean of makeup, nor have a strong smell of perfume/deodorant.

Full priced items - Australian Orders
Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange, for any reason you may be unsatisfied. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and must be of equal value, otherwise a refund will be provided.
Please note that we do our best to accommodate all exchange requests, however we cannot hold pieces for exchange.

Sale Items
Sale items or any items purchased with a discount code or store credit are eligible for return for store credit only.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased on sale.

Final Sale ​
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange, we ask you to please shop mindfully.

International Orders ​
International orders can be returned for a store credit only, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Ensure you keep your return tracking number as we are not responsible for late or lost returns.

If you do not have your returns card, please include your order number, name for order and reutrn request (refund or exchange if applicable/ or store credit) inside your return.

Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed, and longer in busier times.
In the current lead up to Christmas there may be a longer time in return processing, we are a small team and working our hardest to process returns as quickly as possible.
