Australian Domestic Shipping
We aim to have all items posted within 2 business days after order. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has been sent. Please understand that we are a small team, during busy and sale periods we may run a day or two behind.
Shipping within Australia using Australia Post is estimated at 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 working days for express shipping, this can take longer for more regional areas. Choosing Express Post means your order will be sent express once packed, however as we are a small team, during busy periods it can take 2–3 days to prepare your order — please bare this in mind when placing your order. In rare cases there can be postal delays outside of these windows that are outside of our control once we have sent your order.
Pre-Orders
Orders that contain pre-order items will be dispatched together once all products are in stock. Pre-orders generally take between 2 - 8 weeks. We do not offer exact dates for preorders to avoid disappointment. If you wish to receive your in stock items first, please order separately to avoid a delay.
Notes for our customers in the US

We’re happy to share that from September 24 we can once again ship orders to the United States. To meet new trade requirements, a 19% tariff will be included at checkout on all US orders. This means your tariff is prepaid, helping avoid unexpected costs or postal delays.

All orders placed from August 18 onward are subject to these new US customs and tariff rules. We know this change can be frustrating we are working on a way to have the price inclusive of the tariff shown while shopping to avoid the surprise at checkout. Intentational Shipping
International shipping is with Australia Post, which is currently taking between 1-3 weeks depending on location. You can use your tracking number with Australia Post, and with your national postal carrier for more detailed information once your order has landed in your country.
Customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your address is correct and in full when placing your order. You will be prompted to double check the information provided in your order confirmation email.
Any extra shipping costs due to an incorrect address provided are the responsibility of the customer.
