We aim to have all items posted within 3 business days after order. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has been sent. Please understand that we are a very small team, and during busy and sale periods we may run a day or two behind.

Shipping within Australia using Australia Post is estimated at 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 working days for express shipping. Please be mindful that there can be delays such as public holidays (vary by state and country), natural disasters, accidents, etc that can affect delivery times.

*Pre-Orders: Orders that contain pre-order items will be dispatched together once all products are in stock. Pre-orders generally take between 2 - 8 weeks, however delays can be unpredictable. If you wish to receive your in stock items first, please order separately to avoid a delay*

International shipping is with Australia Post, which is currently taking between 1-4 weeks depending on location. You can use your tracking number with Australia Post, and with your national postal carrier for more detailed information once your order has landed in your country.
Customs duties and charges are at the cost of the buyer. 

Please ensure your address is correct and in full when placing your order. You will be prompted to double check the information provided in your order confirmation email. Any extra shipping costs due to an incorrect address provided are the responsibility of the customer.
