Returns Policy

We want you to love your online purchase, please carefully read our policies below. If you are eligible, simply fill out the returns card included with your order and post back.

  • All returns must be lodged within 14 days of the day you receive your order. 

  • Items must be in original condition and packaged as they came. Items must be unworn (except for trying on), not altered or washed, clean of makeup, nor have a strong smell of perfume/oils/deodorant. 

  • Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility.  Ensure you keep your return tracking number as we are not responsible for late or lost returns.

  • Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed.

International orders can be returned for a store credit only, no refunds or exchanges.

​

Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange, for any reason you may be unsatisfied. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and must be of equal value, otherwise a refund will be provided.

Sale items or any items purchased with a discount code (excluding a 'first purchase' code) or store credit are eligible for a return for store credit only, no refunds or exchanges.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange, so please shop mindfully.
